I want to outline exactly what we're doing with our eating habits so that those following can see everything going on. We are eliminating sugar, grains, dairy and soy from our diet. We will be eating all organic meats, fruits, and veggies, nuts, and eggs. It's basically a paleo diet.
I'm still figuring out some things that we can and can't have, so I'll add those as I learn them. Remember, I'm learning as I go.
Your doing the best for your family. Keep it up, its more healthy to prepare your own foods and it costs less overall. I know its hard to stick to 100% organic in this day and age. We all need to go back in time to the old ways. Less prepared boxed foods and more fresh Veggies. I'm excited about learning to can from our garden this year.
